Dealer Growth Strategies LLC, doing business as Dealer Growth Strategies("we," "us"), operates a vehicle acquisition program for private-party sellers. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you contact us by SMS or through our scheduling pages.

Information we collect

• Mobile phone number and SMS message content you send to us
• Vehicle information (for example VIN, mileage, condition, photos)
• Payoff or loan details you choose to share
• Scheduling details (address, appointment time) when you book pickup

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your appraisal and selling inquiries
• Prepare a preliminary appraisal estimate
• Coordinate next steps for vehicle inspection or pickup
• Communicate with you about your appraisal request

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate messaging and acquisition workflows (for example SMS delivery providers).

SMS communications

Our SMS program is described on our SMS opt-in page. If you text our acquisition line at +1 (844) 499-0139, you consent to receive SMS text message replies about your vehicle appraisal request (vehicle details, appraisal estimate, and next steps in that conversation). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

Data retention

We retain messages and deal information as long as needed to complete an acquisition inquiry, comply with law, or resolve disputes.
