Agreement

By using our scheduling link or otherwise contacting Dealer Growth Strategies LLC (Dealer Growth Strategies), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. SMS consent is described separately on our SMS opt-in page.

Service description

We provide vehicle acquisition services, including preliminary appraisals based on information you supply, buyer review, and optional scheduling of an in-person inspection or pickup. Offers are preliminary until a vehicle is inspected and a final purchase agreement is signed.

SMS program terms

Full SMS consent language is published at /sms-opt-in. By texting +1 (844) 499-0139, you agree to receive SMS text message replies about your vehicle appraisal request.

• You opt in by sending an inbound text to our published acquisition phone number regarding a vehicle you wish to sell, after reading the SMS consent on our website.
• We send SMS text messages only in reply to your request or to continue that same appraisal conversation (vehicle details, appraisal estimate, and next steps). We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for assistance.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and to be the owner or authorized agent for the vehicle discussed. You must be at least 18 years old.

No guarantee of purchase

Preliminary estimates are not binding offers. Final pricing depends on inspection, market conditions, payoff verification, and other due diligence.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealer Growth Strategies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our SMS or scheduling services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific transaction, if any.
